žžÊÓƵ led the design process for renovation of Poynter Hall, including conversion of labs into office and education space, updating aging mechanical, electrical, plumbing and elevator infrastructure, and bring the building into compliance with current fire and life safety codes.
Poynter Hall is a six level, 42,765 gross square foot masonry building located on the southwest comer of the intersection of 42nd Street and Dewey Avenue in Omaha. Originally constructed in 1912, these renovations give the building new life and purpose for learning and teaching. žžÊÓƵ has been involved in renovation projects in virtually every building on campus including the Lied Transplant Center, Medical Science Building, University Tower, Durham Outpatient Center, Clarkson Doctors North and South, and more.
