The Pope Paul VI Institute is a 60,000-square-foot fertility clinic, education space, research facility and outpatient surgery center providing reproductive care and services.

Dr. Thomas Hilgers founded the practice in 1985 with the mission of developing a new approach to women's healthcare that challenges mainstream medicine and builds a culture of life in women's health around the world. Treatments and surgeries are meant to holistically solve the source of problems, rather than provide symptomatic treatment. The institute is a beacon of hope and healing for patients who have struggled to find answers to issues with infertility. The design of the site, building and interior is intended to be a reflection of both the natural and high-technology practices of the institute. Following a pause during the pandemic, the project is on track to be completed by the end of 2025.
