Rightsizing for the Future: As enrollments continue to fluctuate, more and more institutions look to attract and retain students while doing so with limited budgets. By identifying programs of growth and analyzing existing enrollment numbers, institutions can create learning environments that promote these programs and increase enrollment to the entire institution.
These environments include flexible active learning classrooms with the latest technology and spaces that support experiential or hands-on learning by replicating scenarios or technologies used in the professional world. Investment in these types of spaces benefits not only these growing programs but can also serve as a resource for other programs on campus.
